As Account Manager Lead Regions Sevilla you drive growth for Glovo in South Spain by shaping regional commercial strategy and nurturing key partners. You’ll lead cross-functional projects, optimize partner programs, and translate data into growth opportunities.
You collaborate closely with regional leadership to deliver shared outcomes and scalable processes. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced, diverse environment with a clear path to influence business outcomes.

- Maintain top accounts through operational and commercial initiatives to sustain recurring business
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand presence in the Northeast region of Spain
- Lead strategic growth projects from concept to launch
- Define and implement efficiency plans for Account Managers and partner relationships
- Drive process optimization with new workflows and targets to improve performance
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance for flawless execution
- Analyze complex data sets to extract insights and inform decisions
Responsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy or Big Tech environments
- Native Spanish with excellent English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong plus: experience in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery
