At Thales S21sec Spain, we are looking for a Senior Security Strategy Consultant with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity to join our central services team. We seek a highly motivated professional with strong expertise in cybersecurity infrastructures, capable of supporting and managing complex technological environments across leading security vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze cybersecurity needs and assess current security posture
Design and develop Security Master Plans and strategic cybersecurity roadmaps
Define high-level designs (HLD) for cybersecurity architectures across IT, OT, and Cloud environments
Act as CISO, advisor, or cybersecurity strategy consultant for clients
Develop and maintain cybersecurity reporting frameworks (KPIs, controls, metrics)
Identify and continuously improve security policies aligned with applicable regulations and standards
Requirements
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks (ISO 27000, ENS, NIS2, PCI-DSS, IEC 62443, GDPR, etc.)
Hands‐on experience with security technologies (NGFW, IPS, NAC, WAF, CASB, SASE, EDR, DLP, IAM, PAM, Cloud Security, etc.)
Experience in cross‐functional cybersecurity services (SOC, offensive security, vulnerability management, hardening, threat intelligence, etc.)
