We are seeking to hire a professional who combines experience in IT and accounting knowledge, capable of analysing and improving business processes, managing ERP systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics Business Central), and providing technical and functional support to the accounting and finance departments.
We are looking for someone with proven enterprise level experience, familiar with IT best practices, self-motivated, flexible and proactive. At the beginning, the job will be on site until you are familiarised with the systems and ways of working. Afterwards, it will by hybrid (2/3 days remote)

IDILIQ GROUP offices are situated in an ideal location by the sea, in Mijas Costa (Málaga). We enjoy a magnificent and fun working atmosphere. In summary, this is the perfect place to work !
You will be working Monday to Friday, from 9.00 till 17.30. This could be flexible.
Salary range 40-45k depending on experience

Main Responsibilities
Evaluate and analyse business and accounting processes, anticipating requirements and proposing technological improvements.
Implement and maintain solutions in ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, for financial management, accounting, fixed assets, purchasing, sales, inventory, and tax processes (SII).
Provide technical (helpdesk) and functional support to the accounting and finance departments, as well as other related departments.
Prepare reports and reporting using Microsoft Report Builder and advanced Excel (including Visual Basic).
Train users in the use of Business Central and other business applications.
Manage IT projects, developing plans and monitoring the implementation of accounting and operational processes.
Collaborate closely with end users and act as a bridge between the accounting, finance, and IT departments.

Requirements
Demonstrable experience in IT and accounting, especially in the management and support of ERP systems (Business Central).
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
SQL Server experience is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Visual Basic).
Ability to train users and deliver technical presentations.
High level of Spanish and English (essential).
Experience with the A3 Innova human resources system will be valued.
Communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with multiple departments.
