What You'll Be Doing Are you passionate about customer experience, fashion, and working in an international environment? Join our growing team and support premium fashion brands including Pepe Jeans, Hackett London, and Façonnable.
Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional e Commerce customer support via phone, Whats App, and email.
Act as a true brand ambassador for Pepe Jeans, Hackett London, and Façonnable by representing the values and image of each brand.
Provide personalised support and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
Communicate confidently and adapt your tone naturally to different customers and situations.
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience.
What We're Looking For C1/C2 Fluency in Portuguese Fluent in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or customer support role.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong communication and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Confident telephone manner and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Team player with a flexible and "can-do" attitude.
Training Full-time paid training for 1–2 weeks.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
What We Offer Temporary full-time contracts available for 3 months with possibility to renew Monday to Friday schedule: 9:00am – 6:00pm.
One shorter day finishing at 5:00pm.
Salary: €19,659 gross per year €300 bonus upon successful completion of the first 3 months.
24 holiday days per year (full-time basis).
