This role performs the day-to-day transport management process (e.g. shipment planning, execution control, FBA support etc.) Uses the LLP route planning tools to organise transport requirements as advised by customer (mainly road transport). Is responsible of transport planning and to make available the appropriate means for daily operational management, in accordance with the requirements of internal and external customers. It is the first point of contact for supply chain partners for any transport related enquiries and works in close collaboration with them and implementation and delivery of integrated transportation solutions as part of the LLP Supply Chain solutions.
Operative business schedule from CET 14:00 to CET 22:30.

**Overall **Role Purpose**
- Operations Managent :_
- Acknowledge Transport Request, via TMS, or by default, on a manual template
- Check Transport Request liability vs customer needs (Purchase-Order,sales-order, repair-order or pick-up/delivery lead-time)
- Allocate transport operations to the awarded carriers, checking previously, technical and economical liability and Supervise allocated operations and make sure they are well conducted
- In case there’s no carrier selected for the requested flow, the flow coordinator will benchmark, carriers, in order to award the more suitable solution in regards with transport conditions and rates
- More globally, the flow coordinator will be responsible for pricing and quotations management, for all transport modes (sea, air, road, combined )
- Insure billing follow-up for internal and external service providers, particularly but not exclusively, making available spot rates for invoice audit department
- Look for optimizations and savings opportunities, reporting it to his/her direct hierarchy, before any external communication
- Make logistic and financial data are available in the Transport Managements System
- On call duty & Public Holidays_:
The flow coordinator, will sometimes work during a late afternoon shift H24 “on call”, including weekends and during public holidays, of course respecting the applicable lawfor service rotations
- Disputes :_
Insure and/or assist dispute management, in relation with his/her direct hierarchy: Irregularities follow-up, Customer complaints follow-up and Inform the customer about the dispute resolution
**Requirements for the job**
- Perfect knowledge of transportation operational processes, Transport rights and practices knowledge
- Good knowledge of road, sea, and air freight
- Operation tools knowledge
- English fluent
- German and Spanish desirable
- Good customer relation
- MS pack office
