Experteer Overview As a Corporate Legal/Secretarial specialist at HBX Group, you support the Corporate Legal function to ensure local compliance across jurisdictions and act as a liaison with Finance, HR, Tax and Accounting on intragroup matters. You will coordinate annual accounts approvals, manage board and governance documentation, and liaise with external advisors to finalize contracts and statutory records. You’ll maintain corporate books, review financing agreements, and support KYC and notary services, enabling efficient operation of the group’s entities. This role sits at the intersection of legal, compliance, and corporate administration in a dynamic, international travel tech environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Coordinate annual financial statement approvals across group entities and assist with UBO filings - Draft and review governance documents (board minutes, powers of attorney, intercompany contracts, loans, share certificates) and maintain statutory registers - Oversee maintenance of corporate books and records;
review finance and treasury contracts - Collaborate with operations, finance, tax, legal, accounting, and compliance teams;
manage outside counsel and external resources - Coordinate with directors, external advisers, and international offices to gather input and finalize documentation;
manage signatures - Assist with KYC requirements and document execution processes;
