Boho Club is one of Marbella's most celebrated luxury boutique addresses on the Golden Mile, a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. Our brand is built on a strong visual identity, an authentic voice, and a digital presence that reflects the same exceptional experience we deliver on property every day.
We're growing our marketing team and we're looking for a talented executor who can bring our marketing strategy to life across social media and digital channels, someone with strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within established brand guidelines.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of Boho Club's digital presence. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for implementing our social media strategy, producing content, managing publishing schedules, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality output across all platforms. You'll work within clear briefs and brand guidelines while bringing creativity and energy to everything you produce.
What You'll Be Doing
* Social Media & Content Execution
o Executing the social media content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
o Creating and editing high‑quality, on‑brand content — reels, stories, carousels, and stills
o Publishing content according to the established schedule and responding to comments and messages
o Attending events and activations when needed to capture real‑time content
o Coordinating and attending photo and video shoots, capturing content on property
o Writing copy in English and Spanish based on approved messaging and tone guidelines
o Staying on top of platform trends and flagging new content opportunities to the Marketing Manager
* Design & Print Collateral
o Designing print materials using Canva — including menus, flyers, signage, and promotional materials
o Ensuring all print collateral is on‑brand and production‑ready
o Coordinating with external printers and suppliers as needed
* Digital Marketing Support
o Supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing strategy
o Preparing monthly performance reports with key metrics and insights
o Executing email marketing campaigns: building templates, scheduling sends, and tracking results
o Implementing website content updates and changes using WordPress and Elementor
o Coordinating with influencers and content creators according to established partnerships
What We're Looking For
* 1‑3 years of experience in a social media, content, or digital marketing role — preferably within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
* Strong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Highly proficient in Canva for creating both digital and print materials
* Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) and mobile editing apps
* Proficient in WordPress and Elementor for implementing website updates
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages welcome
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
* A strong eye for aesthetics and an understanding of luxury brand positioning
* Comfortable working independently within set guidelines and collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager
* Positive attitude, team player, and genuinely excited about working in a dynamic hospitality environment
