Through a single API, our partners access fund collection across 30+ European countries and instant payout to 130+ global corridors — fully PSD2 and AML-compliant. We help businesses launch branded remittance services in 30 days.
The Role
We're looking for a driven SDR to fuel our outbound engine and build qualified pipeline across general markets. This is a high-activity, execution-first role — you'll be the front line of Belmoney's commercial growth, opening doors with fintechs, banks, MFIs, and payment operators across MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Southeast Asia.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to turn outbound effort into real partnerships.
What You'll Do
* Research and identify target accounts within our ICP (fintechs, MTOs, banks, wallet operators)
* Execute multi-channel outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms native to our target markets — including WhatsApp, where business relationships in MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa are built
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT/MEDDIC frameworks
* Book and brief discovery calls for Account Executives
* Maintain accurate pipeline and activity logs in CRM (ClickUp / GoHighLevel)
* Consistently follow up and reactivate dormant opportunities
* Report weekly on core KPIs: outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked
What We're Looking For
* Must Have
o Fluent English — strong written and verbal communication is non-negotiable
o Proven resilience: ability to sustain high activity and quality output under consistent rejection
o Highly organised and self-directed — you manage your own pipeline, your own momentum
o Based in Madrid (role is fully on-site)
* Strong Advantage
o Experience in B2B outbound sales or a startup/high-growth environment
o Familiarity with fintech, payments, or financial inclusion
o Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, or similar)
o Degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field
