We are seeking a proven leader with relevant skills and experience to join our team based out of our Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline (KMLP) compressor station in Eunice, LA. Responsible for safety and environmental programs, compliance with company procedures and government regulations, development and management of budgets, employee training and development, and overview of administrative functions relevant to the work.
Responsible for safety program, environmental compliance, governmental compliance, employee training and development, facility security, and personnel functions.
Provide leadership and oversee the planning and direction of activities at multiple locations within the area.
Manage, plan, and forecast the Capital and O&M Budgets for the area of responsibility.
Participate in the development of O&M procedures, site-specific procedures, project scopes, and work plans.
Conduct performance evaluations of direct reports.
Set the objectives for the preparation of the operating and capital budgets for the area of responsibility and review the status of the monthly forecasting during the fiscal year.
Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, regulatory, and Company tariff requirements.
Develop short and long-term plans, goals, and objectives within the area operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations affecting pipeline operations.
Ensure current security measures protect company assets while preserving the safety of the general public, customers, and company personnel.
Oversee general pipeline maintenance and DOT compliance activities within the area of responsibility.
