As part of our growing team, we're seeking a Network Engineer Expert. This hybrid role, based in Madrid, places you at the heart of a top-tier network operations team.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage, maintain, and monitor network platforms and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Perform data analysis, trend assessment, and troubleshooting of network issues.
* Collaborate with central teams for incident and problem resolution.
* Document network changes, configurations, and operational procedures.
* Support IT infrastructure projects and application maintenance activities.
* Contribute to operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement of network services.
Who We're Looking For
* Experience as a network engineer or network operations specialist in enterprise environments.
* Proficiency with monitoring and network management tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, NetScout, Spectrum, or similar.
* Solid knowledge of network protocols, systems, and IT infrastructure, with strong troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with network security, firewalls, or related technologies is a plus.
* Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are advantageous.
* Analytical, proactive, and self-sufficient, with the ability to work effectively in a global, English-speaking environment.
* Fluency in Spanish is desirable but not required.
