Main Responsibilities
Prepare and update project reports.
Organize and facilitate meetings.
Write meeting minutes.
Perform advanced data analysis using Excel.
Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Manage a platform‐level project.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure CAD robustness level 2 (CAD maturity follow‐up).
Launch and manage RFQs (Request for Quotation).
Track numerical PIV (Product Validation Plan – digital follow‐up).
Manage and coordinate robustness, RFQ, PIV, and GDM (Change Management) activities.
Work autonomously across multiple projects as a PMO.
Coordinate with cross‐functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
Master's degree (or equivalent, Bac +5) in:
Mechanical Engineering
Electromechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Industrial Management
Initial experience of at least 1 year in the automotive industry is preferred.
Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage:
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Change Management (GDM)
Basic understanding of product robustness
Automotive testing and validation
Dashboard monitoring and reporting
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
Proficiency in PMO tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
