As a **Project Engineer**, you will handle engineering and design for new installations and modifications to existing processes. You will also participate in the development and institution of operating and training programs related to projects and the abilities of maintenance and operations personnel
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Economic control of the plant (daily control of the orders made by all departments, monthly control of plant expenditure against the Budget)
- Manage the preparation of finance audit (collection, organization and storage of orders)
- Manage Suppliers (placing orders, signing of delivery notes, visits to the plant for the realization of new facilities, new products, etc.)
- Leader of the Plant Improvement Proposals team (management of new proposals and implementation of them)
- Carrying out the energy monitoring, being responsible for the Energy Management System of the plant (ISO 50.001)
- Management of CAPEX and ACTs (project design, investment request, project execution)
- Execution of facilities (design of the installation, management of permits, management with external companies and departments involved, daily review of the evolution)
- Encourage communication of project progress with various teams and mentor them in their activities to provide the expertise required for the project
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, or electrical), or equivalent
- 3+ or more years of engineering learning experience, preferably in resin manufacturing
- Proficient knowledge of accounting principles
- Outstanding interpersonal with strong communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient English
