At Cosentino () we are looking for a Showroom Specialist to join our Studio Sales Center located in Gerona.

The City Center is the epicenter of Cosentino's commercial model, and its mission is to provide an aspirational experience that attracts and inspires Designers, End Consumers, Architects, and all other Cosentino business partners.
The City Center is a hub for our general community, and a tool for showcasing the versatility of our materials and our brands.
What you will do
Assist with day-to-day operations, including guest relations, customer service assistance, event coordination, and visiting customer accounts.
Identify and generate sales leads in the City Center and partner with the local sales team to convert leads into sales and projects; also visit specific accounts and develop relationships to generate direct sales.
Play a key role in enhancing our showrooms within targeted local industries (builders, architects, designers, commercial, etc.).
Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team goals.
Network and find business opportunities through events hosted at the City Center and showrooms.
Welcome and engage every customer, providing the best customer experience, developing long-term relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
Assist all walk-ins and customers with appointments that arrive at the showroom.
Provide support face-to-face, over the phone and via email to help customers understand the benefits of the Cosentino brand.
Develop and build relationships with design firms in the area; manage the relationship through face-to-face visits and generate sales according to the sales goals.
Support the sales team by preparing sample shipments for customers and end users, checking stock for materials when requested, and highlighting possible stock issues to help achieve and exceed sales targets.
Work with the City Manager and Showroom Managers to increase traffic within the City Center and generate leads.
Register visits and leads in SalesForce.
Organization and Administration Responsibilities
Filter the leads of the City Center via phone call and only forward the ones with potential.
Organize and plan events in advance, coordinating content and ensuring qualified attendees.
Execute events: invitations, catering, logistics, publicity, mailing.
Ensure daily entry of all customer visits in Salesforce.
Maintain showroom condition, including cleanliness of furniture, equipment, supplies, and placement of marketing materials.
Manage and maintain the showroom: ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining equipment, placing marketing materials, attending visitors daily and during events.
Manage administrative tasks required for suppliers.
What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
2+ years of experience in sales.
1+ year of experience in a retail showroom environment providing excellent customer service with proven success in generating leads and converting them into sales.
Preferably 2+ years of experience in the interior design industry.
Knowledge
Proven success in sales, marketing and customer service.
Knowledge of the building or decoration market.
Academical Background
High School Diploma or GED.
