We're looking for an experienced
Community Manager
to lead and grow a global network of senior professionals. This is a strategic yet hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn a group of people into a thriving, engaged community.
You'll be responsible for building connections, curating valuable content and ensuring members find real purpose and value in being part of something meaningful.
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute the community strategy to grow engagement and participation.
* Manage the full member journey: onboarding, activation and long-term retention.
* Foster genuine connections through discussions, spotlights and interactive initiatives.
* Create and curate high-quality content such as newsletters, articles and community updates.
* Organize and coordinate online and offline events that drive collaboration.
* Moderate conversations and uphold a positive, professional culture.
* Track engagement metrics and provide insights for continued growth and improvement.
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in community management, marketing or communications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural storytelling ability.
* Strategic thinker who's also comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute.
* Excellent organization and relationship-building skills.
* Comfortable working independently with global stakeholders.
Nice to Have
* Experience in leadership networks, professional associations, or knowledge-sharing platforms.
* Familiarity with senior or executive audiences.
* Additional European languages are a plus.
