Experteer Overview
In this role you will ensure supplier quality and on-time delivery to protect Airbus operations, leading activities across supplier performance, audits, and lifecycle milestones. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive recovery and improvement plans, and help shape supplier development and risk management. The position sits within TASMP6 Supply Chain u0026amp; Quality Services u0026amp; MRO, contributing to certifications and compliance. You’ll operate in a dynamic defense/aerospace environment with a focus on delivery reliability and supplier maturity.

• Contribute to certifications and approvals (EN9100/9110, EMAR/EASA)
• Manage contract execution with focus on supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance
• Coordinate stakeholder activities across supplier operations and cross-functional teams
• Implement recovery, improvement and development plans to ensure contract conformance
• Lead supplier selection, contract setup, and supplier development within sub-commodity strategies
• Act as primary supplier interface to anticipate and mitigate supply risks
• Drive corrective actions to protect deliveries and improve supplier performance on live and future programs
• Verify compliance and supplier capability through audits, inspections and assessments (APQP, IPCA, CCPs, Transfer of Work)
• Lead VRB and represent SCQ in forums like SED, TEB, MFT
Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree or related discipline
• Autonomous working style in supply chain change management
• Desirable experience in After Sales
• Strong knowledge of supplier requirements
• Good auditing and assessment knowledge (desirable)
• Procurement IT tools skills
• Quality experience
• Knowledge of EMAR/EASA P21/P145
• English skills (negotiable)
