The Account Manager will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with homeowners, property management companies, and strategic partners across Spain. You will be responsible for growing our supply portfolio, ensuring top-notch service, and maximizing property performance through strategic price management, exclusive deals, and increased bookings. /pstrongKey Responsibilities /strongpstrongAccount Management /strong /pp– Maintain and manage strong relationships with existing property owners and management companies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. /pp– Serve as the main point of contact for property partners, providing regular performance updates, price management advice, and market insights. /pp– Work with property partners to maximize bookings by negotiating exclusive deals, special offers, and promotions. /ppstrongPartner Acquisition /strong /pp– Identify, approach, and acquire new property owners and management companies across Spain to expand our portfolio of luxury villas and vacation rentals. /pp– Focus on securing exclusive partnerships that differentiate One of a Kind Travel from competitors. /pp– Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of properties on the platform, especially in high-demand and underrepresented areas. /ppstrongPerformance Optimization /strong /pp– Analyze property performance data and advise property partners on pricing, availability, and market trends to improve booking rates and profitability. /pp– Work closely with internal teams (marketing, bookings, tech) to ensure seamless operations and enhance the property partner experience. /ppstrongStrategic Partnerships /strong /pp– Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel, real estate, and hospitality sectors to drive growth and strengthen One of a Kind Travel’s presence in Spain. /pp– Collaborate with local and international brands to create value-added services and packages for guests and property owners. /ppstrongMarket Expertise /strong /pp– Keep up-to-date with the local luxury travel and villa rental market, understanding trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the business and property partners. /pp– Actively participate in industry events and networking opportunities to represent One of a Kind Travel and develop new business opportunities. /ppbr/pRequirements – Account Manager Partnerships (Spain) Experience ulli3–5 years in Account Management, Business Development, or Partner/Supply Acquisition (hospitality, travel, villas, or real estate preferred). /liliProven ability to maintain strong partner relationships and secure exclusive deals. /liliExperience with pricing, occupancy insights, and performance optimization. /liliComfortable managing a sales/acquisition pipeline and meeting targets. /li /ulSkills ulliExcellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. /liliStrong analytical mindset to interpret data and advise partners. /liliHigh ownership, proactive, and able to work independently. /liliStrong collaboration with internal teams. /li /ulMarket Knowledge ulliGood understanding of the luxury villa/vacation rental market in Spain and seasonal trends. /liliFamiliarity with competitor landscape and pricing movements. /li /ulLanguages ulliFluent Spanish English (required). /liliOther languages (Dutch, French, Italian) are a plus. /li /ulOther ulliBased in Ibiza or Spain, willing to travel regularly. /liliDriving license preferred. /li /ullibr/lipPlease apply via LinkedIn and send your motivational letter, or reach out directly to /p
