Overview Verisure is seeking a talented, analytical, and detail‐oriented Finance Graduate or Junior Analyst to join our Group Finance team in Madrid. This is a unique opportunity to work at the core of how a €12bn publicly listed company reports its financial performance to the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange and is used by senior leadership to steer the business.
The Role and Its Impact As Group Finance Corporate Performance Management Junior Analyst, you will join a small, highly specialized team that tracks, plans, and reports the company's financial performance.
Team responsibilities include:
Consolidating financial statements across 18 countries
Delivering key performance indicators (such as Annual Recurring Revenue – ARR) to investors
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long‐range planning
Responsibilities Support the maintenance and improvement of financial reporting systems (reports, accounts, validations, access management)
Assist finance teams across multiple countries, troubleshoot issues and ensure data accuracy
Support financial consolidation processes and key performance reporting
Build and update reports and analyses (primarily in Excel and internal tools)
Support audit processes by preparing documentation and ensuring consistency
Collaborate with international stakeholders in English on a daily basis

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or similar
Strong interest in understanding how companies measure, analyze and report financial performance
Interest in technology and financial systems
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers
Advanced Excel skills
Comfortable working in English in an international environment
