We are currently seeking
enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Agents
to join our growing team and support our operations for the
Turkish market. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers — handling inquiries via
phone, email, and live chat
— while ensuring every customer receives a high-quality and satisfying service experience. Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer support to Turkish-speaking clients. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary. Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer satisfaction. Represent

with integrity, empathy, and dedication in every interaction. Requirements
Fluent Turkish (native level)
and good command of
English
(working proficiency). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability, patience, and professionalism. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, or similar tools). Prior experience in
customer service, support, or call centers
