- As an Accounting Clerk at Rosewood Villa Magna, your day starts with reviewing financial data and preparing reports that contribute directly to the smooth operations of our luxury hotel. You’ll be part of the finance team, assisting in accounts payable, accounts receivable and income auditing, with the flexibility to step into different roles as needed.
**Functions**:
- Assist with month end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with audit support.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures, standards and accounting systems.
- Set-up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials; always maintain cleanliness.
- Typing accurately, preparing, and maintaining accounting documents and records.
**Profile**:
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Excel, Opera, and SunSystems is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
