Software Engineer
Capitole Consulting is growing and is looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about building technology solutions that make cities more efficient, reduce environmental impact, and help shape a more sustainable future.
You would be joining a global initiative focused on smart water management and clean energy generation, creating platforms that influence how water is consumed and how waste is transformed into energy.

What you’ll be doing
* Design and build scalable SaaS solutions with a tangible environmental impact
* Take ownership of cloud-native deployments and container orchestration
* Partner closely with Ops to ensure high-availability, secure, production-grade environments
You’ll work on a remote metering platform in a highly agile, international environment, involved from architecture and design to TDD-driven development, deployment, and continuous delivery in real production systems.
Qualifications
* C# / .NET (6 or 8), ASP.NET, MVC, Visual Studio
* Azure and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
* Containerization with Docker and real-world experience deploying and orchestrating services in Kubernetes (AKS)
* Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging (RabbitMQ / Kafka) are a plus
Location
Hybrid in Alicante: 1-2 days/week onsite. You may need to be open to relocation within Spain.
Language
English at a professional level (C1) is essential to work with our global teams.
