Responsibilities ANALYSIS ·Monitoring and reporting of market trends in different segments of the real estate market ·Analysis of the competition
ASSET MANAGEMENT ·Visting assets under the portfolio ·Sourcing, working with and supervising technical service providers in Capex works. ·Working with service providers of the company ·Asset sourcing ·On going contact with real estate agents ·Working with and expanding the company’s market connections ·Assisting in communications with technical providers such as Insurance companies, and banks.
ASSET ACQUIREMENT ·Modeling business plans for potential portfolio investment ·Preparing presentations of potential portfolio for banks ·Participation and assistance with financing discussion with financial parties ·Participating and assisting in the negotiation of potential portfolio investment ·Participating in Asset visits of potential portfolio investment
INVESTORS' RELATIONSHIP ·Modeling business plans for potential co-investors ·Preparing presentations for potential investors ·Participating in webinars of the company for current and potential investors ·Conducting calls with potential investors in the company ·Participating in road shows of the company to investors
QUALIFICATIONS ·3-5 years' of working experience in a Socimi, property advisory firm (such as CBRE, Savills, Cushman, JLL), investment fund or auditing firm ·Self-motivated and entrepreneurial ·Strong communication skills ·Graduated in Business Administration, Law and Business Administration, Architecture. ·Languages: Spanish and advanced English ·Advanced knowledge of the Office suite: Excel and Power Point ·Knowledge of modelling and budgeting ·Analytical Capacity ·Great capacity for learning and working ·Initiative and proactivity ·Results-oriented ·Teamwork
