Randstad seeks a dedicated Talent Acquisition specialist to support recruitment, client engagement, and market insight activities within the operational talent solutions team. The role includes communication, pipeline development, compliance, reporting, and sales support.Responsibilities- Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.- Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.- Researches industry trends and delivers insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.- Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and engagement activities.- Processes contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.- Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.- Supports basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.Qualifications- Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.- Performs assignments using existing procedures.- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles or managers within the discipline.- Contributions are usually limited to task‑related activities;
