Responsibilities:
1. Work with the business to understand and document requirements around their cash pool strategy.
2. Design solutions for cash pooling within SAP according to expected business processes.
3. Build solutions within SAP following governance processes.
4. Design test strategies, plans, and scripts for execution.
5. Deploy solutions and support hypercare of the initiative.
6. Partner with Business and GTS colleagues on initiatives.
7. Provide regular updates on progress.
8. Analyze and document current business processes and solutions.
9. Design and test new business processes, capabilities, and technologies.
10. Develop communication and training materials.
11. Build portions of the application.
12. Focus on program management.
Skills:
The SAP Treasury Functional Consultant will gain exposure to a variety of enterprise solutions and business groups, helping drive alignment of internal processes with targeted solution initiatives. You will:
* Be the SAP solution expert for the cash pooling initiative, working closely with the Treasury Solution Manager.
* Partner with business and solution managers to develop solutions and activities.
* Lead discussions with the treasury team directly.
* Have strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Treasury Cash Management & FSCM core capabilities.
* Gain exposure to technical business processes and develop prototypes.
* Maintain and improve project management plans with transparent communication.
* Be accountable for activities within the audit process.
* Determine and develop user requirements for systems.
* Analyze existing processes and design solutions, from delivery to integration.
* Lead project work from origination through delivery.
* Perform application design activities, including writing functional designs.
* Collect and analyze business requirements and software to drive fit/gap analysis.
Experience:
* 7+ years of experience in a technical or consulting environment.
* 7+ years of experience with systems integrations, implementations, and interactive designs.
* 7+ years in systems and software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
* Preferred: 7+ years of SAP Treasury experience.
* Experience with SAP Treasury/Cash/FSCM and non-SAP Treasury technologies.
* Project management experience preferred.
* Full lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test, deploy.
* Previous consulting or client service delivery experience preferred.
* Experience with requirements analysis, testing, and end-user training.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio.
* Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
* Extensive experience with data visualization.
* Highly proficient in technical writing.
* Work or study experience abroad is valued.
