As we continue to rapidly expand globally, we're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to Sales Director to join our family-oriented team. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership across international markets.

What You'll Be doing:
As our Executive Assistant to the Director of Sales and Growth, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to a globally focused sales function, helping to ensure priorities, communication, and workflows run smoothly and efficiently.
Supporting our Sales Director based in Spain, this role requires exceptional organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to confidently manage multiple priorities across international teams and time zones.
You will play a key role in coordinating communication, supporting sales operations, preparing reports and documentation, and helping facilitate strong relationships both internally and externally.
This is a dynamic and varied role suited to someone who enjoys being highly organised, staying one step ahead, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days WFH (Work from Home) and 3 days onsite/office.
Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing:
Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Director of Sales and GrowthManage calendars, appointments, travel coordination, and meeting schedules across international time zonesOrganise team meetings, sales calls, and internal check-ins, including preparing agendas and supporting documentationGather and prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and relevant paperwork for meetingsAssist with sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI trackingSupport onboarding and facilitation of new accounts, distributors, and clientsConduct market and competitor research to support business growth initiativesCoordinate follow-up actions, monitor deliverables, and help ensure deadlines are achievedMaintain accurate records, systems, and documentationCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teamsProvide project coordination and administrative support across various business initiativesSupport ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required
About You
You are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.You enjoy supporting senior leaders, building strong working relationships, and bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-moving environment. You are approachable, collaborative, and communicate confidently with people across all levels of the business.You thrive in team environments, enjoy working with others, and contribute positively to workplace culture through your professionalism, reliability, and willingness to support wherever needed. xbhjioe
Further to that, our ideal candidate will have:
5+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Sales Administration, or similar senior support role preferredExperience supporting senior executives or leadership teamsStrong administrative, coordination, and project management skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence preparing reports, presentations, and business documentationProficiency across Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a teamHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilityExperience working across international markets or time zones preferredA proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approachExperience supporting premium consumer, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or global retail brands is highly regarded, particularly within commercially driven and brand-focused environmentsA positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business
