Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead regulatory dietary integration for newly acquired companies, driving data and process alignment to the agreed operating model. You will oversee end-to-end dietary and certification improvements across the Taste u0026amp; Wellbeing division, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and SAP readiness. You’ll facilitate workshops, manage the program roadmap, and ensure regulatory readiness for SAP implementation. This position offers multi-location flexibility and a meaningful impact on integral regulatory excellence.

• Lead functional review and process development for dietary and certification data across acquisitions
• Coordinate data collection and analysis for dietary requirements
• Design, harmonize, and optimize processes with updated RACI and responsibilities
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to address dietary needs and define path forward
• Ensure functional readiness for SAP implementation kickoff and integration
• Validate operating model feasibility for new Givaudan sites
• Own full stream scope and roadmap in alignment with stakeholders
• Plan and adapt program methodologies to fit functional needs
• Deliver SAP-enabled implementation for dietary/certification data and processes
• Act as escalation contact and regulatory expert during SAP project
• Guide risk mitigation and provide progress reports to Governance team
• Maintain ongoing alignment between regulatory requirements and project deliverables
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• 2+ years of experience in Regulatory – Dietary/Certification principles
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred
• Ability to lead detailed functional discussions in a multifunctional environment
• System and data management knowledge, especially SAP modules and related systems
