Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the annual Spain Region marketing plan aligned with sales objectives.
- Define target segments and positioning per product line.
- Coordinate marketing calendar including trade fairs, product launches and campaigns.
2. Campaign Management
- Plan and execute online and offline campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn presence and digital content strategy.
- Coordinate email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Track campaign performance and ROI.
3. Trade Fairs & Events
- Organize participation in industry exhibitions (e.g. Infra Relatiedagen, TKD).
- Coordinate stand design, promotional materials and local communication.
- Ensure effective follow-up process for event-generated leads.
4. Product Launch Support
- Coordinate local market introduction of new machines.
- Prepare brochures, spec sheets and promotional materials in Spanish.
- Support dealer network with launch kits and marketing tools.
5. Dealer Marketing Support
- Develop co-marketing initiatives with dealers.
- Provide branded materials and local adaptation support.
- Ensure brand consistency across the Benelux network.
6. Content & Communication
- Develop case studies and customer references.
- Create press releases and maintain relations with industry media.
- Maintain local website content and ensure up-to-date product information.
7. Market Intelligence
- Conduct structured market analysis on competition, pricing trends and customer needs.
- Provide periodic market reports to Sales Director.
- Support demand forecasting through market data analysis.
8. CRM & Lead Management
- Manage marketing-generated leads in CRM.
- Qualify leads before handover to Sales.
- Monitor lead conversion funnel performance.
What This Role Is NOT
- No direct sales targets
- No cold calling
- No key account ownership
- No revenue responsibility
Sales execution remains with Account Managers.
Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial machinery, construction equipment or technical industries.
- Experience with trade fairs and product launches is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Spain market and business culture.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Analytical mindset with experience in CRM and marketing performance tracking.
- Proactive, structured and hands-on personality.
