Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Manager to recruit and manage these talents.
1. You are responsible for the entire selection process (calls, physical interviews…) and recruitment, including the onboarding of our new consultants
2. You also provide the necessary communication and feedback to the candidates and the internal management
3. Ensure the relevance between candidates and current open positions
4. Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and internal projects
