DESCRIPTION
Semillas Fitó is looking for a Product Manager for its headquarters in Almeria or Barcelona.**Featured Functions and Tasks**:
- Responsible to define and lead species strategy globally, defining current and future product specifications for each segment
- Set the priorities of the species along with Crop Breeding Lead and its team of producers, aligning resources with market opportunities
- Coordinate the development of products in different countries with the Marketing Directors ' Sales, monitoring all development processes (Trial Plan, testing assessment, variety progress management, etc.)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
**What do we expect from you?**:
- Degree in Agronomic Engineering or similar
- Minimum experience of 5 years production departments and/or horticulture development
- Imprescindable to have a high level of English
- Availability to travel (40% of time)
- To reside in the Almeria or Barcelona area
