We are actively seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Operations team at our headquarters in Sant Quirze del Valles. The selected individual will be responsible for leading and developing the production team, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet company standards for quality, safety, delivery, and efficiency. What will your responsibilities be?
* Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a production team of approximately 10 people.
* Ensure execution of the production plan, meeting safety, quality, service, and delivery objectives.
* Ensure availability and proper maintenance of production resources, tools, and machinery.
* Monitor and report production KPIs daily to both department leadership and the production team.
* Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve quality, productivity, and safety goals.
* Plan weekly production schedules in coordination with the Supply Chain team, aiming to meet monthly service targets.
* Support the introduction of new product models in production in collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams.
* Maintain and improve cleanliness, order, and layout of the production area.
* Collaborate cross functionally with other departments to meet operational goals.
* Ensure and promote a safe, respectful, and engaging work environment.
* Actively contribute to the strategic planning of the department, including budget preparation and follow up.
What do you need to be a successful candidate? Required:
* Minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Production Supervisor in an assembly line environment, preferably involving electronic equipment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
* Desirable:
* Experience working in Lean Manufacturing environments.
* Technical background or training in industrial, mechanical, or electronic fields.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
