Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist iGaming players through live chat, email, and phone — ensuring a fast, friendly, and professional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent support to Turkish-speaking clients.
* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
* Record all interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
* Maintain a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
Requirements:
* Fluent Turkish and English (working proficiency).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving ability and patience.
