The Qualitas Energy team consists of more than 550 professionals across fifteen offices in Madrid, Berlin, London, Milan, Hamburg, Wiesbaden, Trier, Cologne, Stuttgart, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Santiago, Durham, Bristol, and Edinburgh. /ppbr/ppAs part of this strategy, we are looking to hire an Investment Associate to join our Iberian Investment team in the Madrid office and actively contribute to the identification, analysis, execution and monitoring of investment opportunities in assets and platforms linked to the energy transition. /ppbr/ppbMain responsibilities: /b /pulliParticipate in the analysis of new investment opportunities, including the review of markets, business models, assets, regulatory risks, key contracts and expected returns. /liliPrepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, business plans, sensitivity cases and investment scenarios to support decision-making by the senior team and investment committees. /liliSupport the execution of transactions, including the coordination of due diligence processes, preparation of internal materials, interaction with external advisors and follow-up of financial, legal, technical and commercial documentation. /liliMonitor portfolio assets and platforms, including performance analysis, financial model updates, internal reporting and support for value creation initiatives. /liliCollaborate with internal development, financing, asset management, operations and energy management teams to assess opportunities and optimize investment performance /li /ulpbr/ppbExperience and requirements: /b /pulli3 years or more of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, MA, project finance, corporate finance or strategy/transaction advisory, ideally with exposure to the energy or infrastructure sectors. /liliStrong analytical and financial modelling skills, including experience in valuation, returns analysis, financing structures and preparation of investment materials. /liliFull professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
