We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads for our international clients in Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on gathering information by asking relevant IT‑related questions during phone calls with IT managers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to IT managers in Australia and New Zealand to gather information and qualify prospects.
- Set up meetings between prospects and our clients’ sales representatives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team during the Warm Handover process.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker.
- Another European language is desirable, but not required.
- Prior experience in a phone‑based outreach role.
- Target‑driven mindset with a can‑do attitude.
- Residence in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid).
- Legal right to work full‑time in Spain.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly base salary of approx. 1780€/month.

Working Hours
Full‑time contract, 30hours per week. Early‑morning shift: 5:00–11:00am. After the first month, you will work from home for most days, with occasional on‑site Fridays from 8:00–14:00.
Onboarding
The role starts with a four‑week onboarding program conducted at our LasRozas office, designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools to excel as a BDR.
