For our Barcelona office we are searching for a Business Developer Intern to join the Worldwide and Development department to contribute on growing our indirect general network.
Main tasks and responsibilities
* Give support on the presentation of the MBE business opportunity to potential Master Franchisees.
* Assist in negotiating agreement with suppliers.
* Provide operational support on the start-up operations of new Master Franchisees.
* Provide continuous support to the existing Master franchisee community.
* Manage and maintain the MBE guidelines and strategies to ensure product and service standards.
* Support the organization and coordination of company events, international meetings and conventions.
* Assist with the translation and proofread the materials in Portuguese and occasionally serve as interpreter during the meetings.
Requirements
* Be eligible for an internship; is mandatory.
* Studies in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field.
* Hold an European working permit is mandatory.
* Written and spoken Portuguese and English; other languages are favorable (Spanish/ Italian).
* Solid communication skills, ambitious and able to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
* Good proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite and other business productivity software.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, strong familiarity and adeptness for analyzing data and problem solving.
* Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important matters.
* People-driven attitude and team orientation with the ability to nurture team spirit.
