Job Description:
The Project Director will lead the complete construction, commissioning, and handover of a new industrial chemical production plant, ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. This hands-on leadership role balances strategic oversight with daily execution, acting as the single point of accountability between the Owner and the EPC contractor in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

* 15–20 years of experience, with 10+ in leading industrial projects (€10–50M CAPEX).
* Deep familiarity with FIDIC contracts, claims management, and project finance.
* Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams.
