Pstrong BIM Architect ( 3-10 years exp) – International projects /strong /p p Bofill Arquitectura is looking for BIM Architects to join our international architecture team in Barcelona. /pp Bofill Arquitectura is an internationally recognized architecture studio working on large-scale cultural, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. /pp We are currently expanding our BIM team and are looking for BIM Architects with experience ranging from 3 to 10 years to work on major international architectural projects. /pp The positions are focused on projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), while the roles will be based in our Barcelona office. /ppstrong Key Responsibilities: /strong /pp• Participate as part of the architectural design and BIM project team in the development of large-scale international projects. /pp• Support the development of architectural projects through all design phases, with a strong focus on detailed design and construction documentation. /pp• Develop, manage and coordinate Revit models in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, structure, MEP and specialist consultants. /pp• Produce high-quality architectural documentation, drawings and BIM deliverables directly within Revit. /pp• Ensure consistency, accuracy and coordination of project information and documentation. /pp• Participate in model reviews, BIM coordination processes and internal quality control workflows. /pp• Collaborate closely with BIM Managers, Project Architects and design teams to support project delivery and planning objectives. /pp• Contribute to the implementation of BIM standards, workflows and digital methodologies across projects. /pp For more experienced profiles, responsibilities may also include: /pp• Managing and coordinating BIM teams and workflows /pp• Organizing project deliverables into sub-tasks and planning schedules /pp• Monitoring team progress, priorities and deadlines /pp• Supporting BIM standards implementation and quality control processes /pp• Coordinating directly with client BIM managers and external consultants /p pstrong Profile: /strong /pp• Architect or Engineer /pp• 3 to 10 years of professional experience /pp• Strong Revit knowledge and BIM workflow experience /pp• Experience in architectural projects and multidisciplinary coordination /pp• Good communication, coordination and teamwork skills /pp• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented profile /pp• Ability to work in international and collaborative environments /pp• For senior profiles, experience in BIM coordination, planning and team management is valued /pp• Knowledge of Navisworks, ACC/BIM360, Dynamo, Grasshopper or BIM standards is valued /pp• High level of English required /p p Please send your updated CV and portfolio (preferably in low-resolution PDF format) to for review.
