Overview
We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Functional Product Owner to lead the Reporting & Insights solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. The selected candidate will define and evolve end-to-end analytics, reporting, and operational insights capabilities across Contact Centers, Branches, Commercial Campaigns, Customer Operations, and Customer Experience domains.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the functional vision and roadmap of the Reporting & Insights solution within the Foundations tower.
* Define and prioritize Reporting capabilities, operational dashboards, real-time monitoring views, and analytical use cases.
* Translate business and operational needs into functional definitions, user stories, and requirements.
* Collaborate with country programs to understand operational needs, identify reusable global capabilities, and evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities.
* Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation, and stakeholder management.
* Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira.
Mandatory Requirements
* Proven experience in product ownership, functional analysis, and reporting and analytics solutions.
* Strong understanding of operational KPIs, reporting frameworks, and omnichannel customer service environments.
* Experience translating business requirements into product backlog items.
* Experience working with BI and analytics teams in Agile delivery environments.
* Drive functional alignment across stakeholders.
