Personal assistant/office coordinator

247 Group is a rapidly growing group of companies with interests primarily in the fitness industry, with gyms in six countries on three continents. The company is international and characterized by progress and an entrepreneurial spirit.

In this role, you will ensure that the 247 Group owner receives the support he needs to carry out his assignment. You will also ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization. You will be based at our office on Golden Mile Marbella.


Tasks

* Perform various tasks as personal assistant to owner of 247 Group, such as travel arrangements, bookings and administration.
* Perform various day-to-day tasks for the CEO – both private and professional.
* Undertake a variety of office and administration tasks.
* Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency, monitoring office supplies inventory and maintenance.
* Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
* Handle incoming and outgoing office invoices, payments and accounting preparation filing.
* Monitor expenditures and handle supplier relations connected to the office and to some CEO affairs.
* Monitor and manage administrative tasks related to CEO and office.
* Liaison with key internal stakeholders (Accounting, IT dept etc)
* Collaborate with key external stakeholders (authorities, suppliers and other parties).
* Represent CEO and 247 Group in relevant official contexts, such as contacts with authorities and suppliers.


Requirements

* Min.2 years relevant work experience.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Knowledge of office management procedures.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
* Knowledge of basic accounting administration is a significant advantage.
* Based in Marbella area.
* Drivers License.
