Responsibilities
- Timetable information and ticket booking.
- Attention and response to customer emails.
- Translation of web content into different languages.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Native or advanced level (C1 or higher) in at least four of the following languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, Galician, French and Basque.
- Responsible, polite and customer oriented person.
Optional requirements:
- High level of office automation.
- Minimum knowledge of Social Media and the Internet.
- Experience in a similar position.
