At Roca Sanitario, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and drive product engagement. You will be responsible for content creation, campaign management, and coordinating digital and B2B marketing initiatives. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will optimize engagement and lead generation.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, content, paid media, etc.).
* Work with the Communication Manager to create compelling content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other formats.
* Manage and grow Roca’s social media presence in collaboration with external agencies, optimizing engagement.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
* Develop lead generation strategies in collaboration with the CRM Marketing team.
* Work with the CRM Data Analyst to track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs.
* Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.
* Align marketing strategies with the sales and product teams.
* Support budget management and resource allocation across marketing channels.
Requirements
Education :
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience :
* 3+ years in a marketing role, ideally as a specialist or coordinator.
* Experience with marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and digital strategies.
* Background in email marketing, merchandising management, and content creation is a plus.
Languages :
* Spanish and English.
