Overview
Naturitas is an e-commerce company focused on natural products. We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to support our expansion, including Italy, by building strong supplier partnerships and identifying new brand opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
* Introduce and assess new catalog products
* Analyze sales performance and margins to drive growth
* Manage pricing and monitor the market
* Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers
* Activate on-site promotions and visibility opportunities to capture brand investment
* Launch targeted CRM campaigns
* Propose improvements to SEM strategy, CRM/social media copy, and product listings
* Optimize stock policies based on sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levels
* Maintain regular contact with suppliers and manage the buying catalogue
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and consumer trend analysis
* Advanced Excel skills
* Native Italian speaker with fluent English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
* At least 3 years of experience in category management within eCommerce and natural products industry
* Strong teamwork, proactivity, energy, and collaborative mindset
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and operations teams
* Willingness to travel to trade fairs and industry events
* Highly commercial profile focused on identifying, sourcing, and developing new brands
* Experience in developing category strategies and optimizing product assortment
