Controller Trainee
At Procare Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical company with international presence, we are dedicated to the development and commercialization of innovative and scientifically proven solutions for women's health.
We are currently looking for a Controller Trainee to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting and performance analysis within a dynamic and international environment.

What you'll do
* Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing process.
* Collaborate in budgeting and forecasting cycles.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports, KPIs and variance analysis.
* Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with the accounting team.
* Contribute to cost, margin and profitability analysis.
* Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
* Participate in the monitoring and reporting of different subsidiaries.
* Work with financial data to generate insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications
* Degree or Master's in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
* Basic knowledge of:
o Financial controlling and reporting
o Financial statements
o Budgeting and forecasting
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good Excel skills for data management and analysis.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
* Good communication skills, especially when interacting with non-financial stakeholders.
* High level of English is a plus.
* Availability to establish an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) is required.
