BIM Manager (10 years exp) – International projects
Bofill Arquitectura is looking for a Senior BIM Manager to join our international architecture team in Barcelona. Bofill Arquitectura is an internationally recognized architecture studio working on large-scale cultural, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
We are seeking a highly experienced BIM professional with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities and international project experience to lead BIM implementation and coordination across complex multidisciplinary projects.
The position is focused on a major international project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), while the role will be based in our Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead BIM implementation for international architectural projects
- Manage and coordinate BIM teams across multiple projects
- Define and supervise BIM standards, workflows and digital processes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models with architecture, structure, MEP and specialist consultants
- Develop and manage BEPs, MIDPs, BIM protocols and CDE strategies
- Supervise model quality control, clash detection and BIM audits
- Coordinate with clients BIM managers, PMCMs, consultants and contractors
- Organize BIM workflows, divide project deliverables into sub-tasks and manage planning schedules
- Monitor team progress, priorities and deadlines across project phases
- Support internal teams through BIM guidance and training
- Participate in digital innovation and process improvement initiatives
Profile:
- Architect or Engineer
- +10 years of professional experience
- Strong experience managing and coordinating BIM teams
- Strong experience as BIM Manager / BIM Lead on international projects
- Strong communication, xhfqzwm coordination and leadership skills
- Ability to organize complex workflows, structure deliverables and manage planning schedules
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and ACC/BIM360
- Strong understanding of ISO 19650, IFC and OpenBIM workflows
- Experience managing multidisciplinary coordination
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper and BIM automation workflows is valued
- High level of English required
