Business Analyst Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with the business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Requirement Analysis: Analyze and prioritize together with the product owner the business requirements, assess their feasibility, and provide recommendations for solutions or process improvements in alignment with the Solution Architect. Facilitate effective communication between client Business division, project teams, and technical teams both internal and external. Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project. Solution Design: Collaborate with Solution and Domain Architect, as well as Designers and Development Team to translate business requirements into functional specifications, mock-ups, or prototypes. Risk Assessment: Identify and flag to the Project Manager any project risks, assess their potential impact, and work on risk mitigation strategies to minimize negative outcomes together with the PM. Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Business Analyst to translate business requirements for technical needs. Ability to manage concurring projects, deliverables and priorities without putting the timeline or quality at risk. Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools. Knowledge of Agile software project management methodologies, SDLC and Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira).
