Role purpose
The Director of IT SAP Infrastructure provides strategic, architectural, and operational leadership for the SAP ecosystems of Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) and Louvre Hotels Group (LHG), ensuring they remain simple, scalable, resilient, and technologically up to date. With significant strategic relevance and financial impact, this role drives the definition, rollout, and end‑to‑end management of IT products and solutions that underpin both Groups’ digital business strategies, particularly within Operations.
Roles/Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include safeguarding the performance, availability, and maintainability of SAP platforms; evaluating and optimizing changes to the production environment to ensure they deliver stability, efficiency, and measurable business value; and ensuring coherent integration with external systems to maintain a unified and scalable architecture across RHG and LHG.
