Job Description: Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain - #Discover I 2026/2027 - Starting date 2nd March 2026 until 26th February. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026.
What does this internship consist in? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early March 2026 and will last 11 months (August excluded for all purposes). It is a full‑time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description: DISCOVER AERONAUTICS in DIGITAL SUPPLY CHAIN and LOGISTICS First of all we would like to welcome any applicant motivated and with energy to learn about Aeronautics Business, specially in Supply Chain and Logistics of Commercial Airplanes!
What you will do with us? The work we will do together will bring the applicant a view of the current digital challenges we face in the airspace business, as well as a view of how we secure the flow in supply chain operations. The internship will be done in the Supply Chain and Logistics, Supply and Demand area in Illescas. Our main goal is to provide products and services to our internal customers. We push to do it as the most efficient way possible, in a friendly environment and with space for self‑development and "discover and share" approach inside our great team. One of the biggest challenges in front of us is digitalization:
Deploy Track and Trace Systems
Manage Supply and Logistics Data
Generate efficient ways to manage and use data
Apply Business Analytics for Decision Making
Track Results and Best Practices
Illescas Plant has a high level of automation, pushing harder to digitalize the factory and the business and it is a perfect field for proofs of concept inside aerospace business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Recently graduates or Master students
Studies in engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Computer or Logistics)
English: fluent negotiation level
Spanish: negotiation level
Team spirit and great collaboration skills
Ability to work in complex and international environments
Motivated in Aeronautical Business, Team Working and energy people
Responsible and committed person
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Basic programming skills or more
