We are strengthening our Customer Support Team and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist – Order Processing, Planning & Logistics. This is a key role at the intersection of customer service, order management, and logistics - with a strong focus on processing and planning orders in our ERP system - ensuring seamless execution from the moment a purchase order is received to the successful delivery of goods.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the first point of contact for customer purchase orders (POs);
validate, process, and maintain orders in the ERP (e.G., D365) with accurate master data, pricing, Incoterms, and tax details.
* Plan each order in the system : confirm delivery dates, reserve/allocate inventory, sequence lines, and manage order promising (ATP/CTP) to align with production and logistics capacity.
* Issue order acknowledgements and proactively communicate order status, changes, and delivery updates to customers.
* Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process – from PO reception to final shipment – coordinating with planning, warehouse, and production to secure material availability.
* Working with and maintaining simple Bills of Materials (BOMs) for impellers.
* Coordinate shipment planning and execution with carriers and freight partners to ensure on-time delivery.
* Prepare and handle shipping documentation, including customs paperwork for international deliveries.
* Monitor and resolve delivery issues, escalations, and customer complaints with a structured, proactive approach.
* Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Production) to streamline service and resolve blockers.
* Maintain clean records and auditable trails in ERP/CRM;
support continuous improvement of order-to-cash processes.

Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in customer support, order management, logistics coordination, or supply chain (industrial/manufacturing environment preferred).
* Proven experience processing and planning orders in an ERP (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar), including delivery-date confirmation and inventory allocation.
* Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail;
ability to managemultiple priorities under time pressure.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
D365 experience is a strong plus .
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of international shipping, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
* Familiarity with ATP/CTP, MRP, or basic production planning concepts.
* Experience in customer logistics or post-order customer service roles.
* Additional languages.
