The decisions we make in the next 18 months will shape an industry. /ppbr/ppbRole Overview /b /ppThe Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping manage priorities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders. /ppbr/ppThis role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /ppA background or exposure to legal, compliance, contracts, or corporate administration is considered a strong advantage. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliManage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones /liliCoordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership /liliPrepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up action items /liliSupport travel planning, expense management, and event coordination /liliAssist with document management, contract administration, and corporate records /liliLiaise with legal counsel, vendors, partners, and external stakeholders when required /liliMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion /liliTrack key deliverables, deadlines, and executive priorities /liliSupport cross-functional coordination between departments including Operations, Finance, HR, and Leadership /liliHelp streamline administrative and operational processes /liliProvide ad hoc operational and project support as needed /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulli3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role /liliExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills in English /liliHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently /liliStrong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools /liliAbility to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment /liliProfessionalism, discretion, and strong problem-solving skills /li /ulpbr/ppbNice to Have /b /pulliExperience supporting C-level executives or founders /liliExposure to legal documentation, contracts, compliance, or corporate administration /liliPrevious experience in startups, tech, fintech, or international companies /liliFamiliarity with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Jira, or ClickUp /liliAdditional European languages are a plus /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat’s in it for you: /b /pulliCompetitive Salary and Bonus based on your experience and skillset /liliCareer Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company /liliCompany Perks such as Private Health Insurance /liliIntense, but Flexible Inclusive Culture where innovation and collaboration thrive /liliBe part of a company shaping the future of the Creator Economy /li /ul
