We are recruiting a Head of Engineering & Team Lead for a multinational company in the industrial and technology sector, with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence. This role will play a key part in leading the electro‑mechanical engineering department, working transversally with international teams and aligning the technical strategy with the company’s global business objectives.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Lead and develop the engineering department team, managing competencies, performance, engagement, and professional growth within an international environment.
* Define and anticipate the evolution of the department’s technical capabilities in alignment with corporate strategy and business needs.
* Act as a technical reference and key interface between engineering, marketing, manufacturing and stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.
* Size and allocate resources to support teams and cross‑functional projects, ensuring capacity, efficiency, and operational balance.
* Coach and mentor technical team members, driving the achievement of objectives and proactively anticipating risks in complex, multicultural contexts.
* Manage career development plans, fostering continuous learning, and global knowledge sharing.
* Ensure operational efficiency through the implementation of common methods, tools, and standards, proposing investments and improvements aligned with the strategy.
