Mission:
Identify, design, and implement process improvements in our Out-of-Home (PUDO / Locker parcel operations) across Spain and Portugal — ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainability in the parcel delivery operational process.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end Out-Of-Home Continuous Improvement projects: map workflows, find root causes, operational gaps and process inefficiencies, test solutions, and standardize wins.
- Own measurable outcomes. Keep track of initiative, test solutions.
- Partner externally and internally with Ops, Product, and Data teams to turn insights into action, driving proposals into reality.
- Build internal department tools: SOPs, checklists, dashboards (Excel/Power BI), and train frontline teams.
- Support strongly new initiatives (New services rollout, OOH scale-up) by embedding Continuous Improvement before and during execution.
Job Requirement:
- +4 years in logistics/ditribution operations (logistics, last-mile, retail field ops, or network-based delivery), improving parcel delivery, last-mile logistics, or physical network operations (e.g., locker networks, courier hubs, retail pickup points).
- Strong cross-department collaboration skills
- Data analysis skills for performance metrics using each data analysis tools : Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- SOP documentation and process mapping experience.
- Proven success delivering quantifiable process gains.
- Fluency in English + Spanish. (Chinese is a strong plus)
- Data-driven, hands-on — you prefer fixing a workflow over writing a deck.
- Access to a personal vehicle for field visits, audits, and operational observations across the Iberian network.
