Role Overview
The Investor Relations Legal & Regulatory Analyst will provide vital support to the Investor Relations team by ensuring that all legal, contractual, and regulatory aspects of investor communication are meticulously managed. This role involves conducting in-depth legal research, drafting and reviewing contractual documents, maintaining legal databases, and staying constantly informed of legal and regulatory changes that could impact the Investor Relations team. This role will act as the bridge between Investor Relations and Legal team : while reporting to Investor Relations, will coordinate regularly with the internal legal department.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research on specific subjects related to investor relations compliance.
Draft, review, and revise contractual agreements, investor documentation, and legal disclosures to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of legal documents, contracts, and regulatory filings for easy access and audit readiness.
Supporting structuring and implementation of future vehicles under the supervision of IR and legal, and in coordination with Fund formation advisor.
Monitor regulatory, and legal developments relevant to investor relations, including securities laws, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Prepare legal memos, reports, and summaries for the IR team, summarizing key legal and regulatory updates and their implications.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, risk teams to ensure all disclosures and communications meet regulatory standards.
Support the development of internal policies and procedures aligned with evolving legal frameworks.
Assist in regulatory filings, such as SEC disclosures, and ensure that all investor documentation complies with applicable requirements.
Advise on legal best practices related to investor communication, confidentiality, and conflict of interest management.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Masters degree in Law, Business Law, or related field; additional qualifications in finance or compliance are a plus.
1–3 years of experience in legal analysis, contract management, or regulatory compliance within a corporate or financial environment.
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
Knowledge of securities regulations, corporate law, and compliance standards.
Ability to interpret complex legal texts and communicate key insights effectively.
Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and MS Office Suite.
